I really loved working with seth on narrowing down some target habits to develop that would add meaning to my day to day life. I don’t think i’m a typical client as i didn’t have any specific ideas or goals in mind when we set out, but wanted to see if he could help me identify some practical and actionable changes I could make that would move me more in the direction of who I want to be and how I want to live out my values.
We went through a process of distilling my values, defining them, and describing specific habits that would be good expressions of those values. Then, my favorite part, we plotted those habits on a chart with two axes representing difficulty and added value. once we had identified the easiest targets with the most potential for adding value, we used the tiny habits methods to build habits. this process is something we did a couple years ago, and has stuck with me over time. I refer to the chart, the targets, and the tiny habits tools regularly and love to share my experience with others. And on a meta level, I have been able to reuse these concepts in other areas of my life since. I highly recommend Seth to anyone interested in building strong habits, even those who may need help clarifying their goals at the outset
